For international orders, our international fulfilment centres (Hong Kong / Shenzhen) have processing times between 1-2 days, and shipping out days are normally after 1-2 days from the order date from Monday to Saturday. The shipping time can take up between 5-15 working days depending on your location and any possible transit delays at your local customs office. The order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees by the destination country. You are responsible for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For EU customers, the VAT is covered by the shipping fee.

For orders in Australia, we will process your order and ship it out the next business day between Monday to Friday. The shipping time can take up between 1-7 working days depending on your location and the local Australia Post hub.

 

We offer free shipping (regular with tracking) to:

• Worldwide (except EU) on orders over AU$70 (approx. USD 50).
• EU on orders over AUD $80 (approx. EUR 48 or USD 54).

For orders below AUD $70/$80 as mentioned above, the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page, the rates are:

• Regular post (with tracking): Starts at AUD $5.90
• DHL Express post (with tracking): Starts at AUD $34.90

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

It depends on the shipping options you choose:

1) Regular Post: 5-20 business days*. 
2) DHL Express Post: 3-7 business days*.
